High Protein Breakfasts
Referred from March 14, 2013 | Kait Fortunato High Protein Breakfast Research shows that skipping breakfast or not getting enough protein in your breakfast can lead people to overeat later in the day or make poor food choices. Carbohydrates give you some initial energy, but protein helps slows down the digestion of carbohydrates, making the energy last longer and keeping your blood sugars more stable.
Fresh Ideas for High Protein Breakfasts

Here is an example: It started off when he was using the bathroom and he asked if the boat was sinking. Then he was under water till a diver found him. He survived by drinking a coke and he had a air pocked so he used it. When the diver found Harrison Odjegba Okene, they got up to the boat and they put him on an oxygen tank They warmed him up.
