Eison Sharclane and his 7-year-old son, Eison, smile for the camera
during their kayaking trip on Mendenhall Lake on Friday afternoon.
Sharclane tipped over in his kayak and nearly died from hypothermia.
Capital City Fire/Rescue rescued him after an unidentified tourist at
the Visitor Center witnessed the kayak flip over in the water.
